First Choice for food? No, not really.

What should we put?

I'm not really sure, just put something about what we have done today...

OK, so after looking on a few websites for resturants in Manchester, we decided to visit Choice in Castlefield. It was pretty nicely furnished I think, although the tables were too long, and the chairs were too small - this resulted in some weird kind of seating arrangment, like when the food came my elbows felt too high up!

I felt that the place was nice but had a real christmas/winter feel to it that made me feel like I wanted to come back when it is near christmas time. My banana bread and butter pudding was delish although it annoyed me that our candle wasn't lit.

Oh yeah about the food. Using the Official Hayste rating system I would pay around £6.50 for the meal - which was Beef and yorkshire pudding with... wait for it, PEAS. I hate peas, they should have known this I think. Also, there was not enough gravy for my liking. We actually paid £12.95 for the meal, so the rating system says it was fairly poor actually.

I didnt like the way they forced me to pay a service charge also, cos I didn't really wanna do that. I could've spent that £3 on my dinner tomorrow.

Well I guess that's a start; A wee rant about a restaurant in Manchester.

Bye Bye for now!
